Agent Studio

Configure business roles, approved capabilities and immutable Agent versions.

Configure an Agent

  1. Open a Project and choose Agent Studio.
  2. Create an Agent with a clear role and focused system instructions.
  3. Select a Project-approved model profile.
  4. Assign only authorized Knowledge collections and approved Tool versions.
  5. Save a new immutable version. Existing versions remain unchanged.

Versioning and authorization

An Agent version captures its instructions and capability references. Runtime authorization checks still apply: an old version cannot restore a revoked grant. Agent versioning differs from the Workflow draft-and-publish lifecycle.

Useful instructions

Describe the task, the information the Agent should ask for, approved sources, and when a person should review the result. Do not embed credentials or assume that a prompt grants access to an external operation.
