Getting started

Understand your workspace and build your first governed solution.

Your workspace

A Tenant represents an organization. A Project represents an application, solution, or business capability. Agents, Knowledge, Tools, connectors and Workflows belong to a Project. Select the active Tenant and Project before editing resources.

A practical first journey

  1. Sign in with your organization's configured identity provider. An administrator must grant membership and access.
  2. Open Projects and create or select an authorized Project.
  3. Create a Knowledge collection and ingest a small approved document.
  4. Configure an Agent with focused instructions, an approved model profile and that collection.
  5. Save an immutable Agent version and test it in Agent Chat.
  6. Add an approved read-only Tool or a published Workflow when the basic experience is working.

Access follows permissions

Changing the Tenant or Project selector never grants access. If a screen or action is missing, ask an administrator to review your membership and permissions. Secrets belong in the configured server-side credential store, not in prompts, documents or browser fields.
