Find help in context

Open Help Center from the workspace or header. Its guides explain Project resources, runtime boundaries and deployment prerequisites. Available Settings depend on your permissions and the deployed version. The portal supports light and dark themes.

Troubleshoot safely

  1. Confirm the active Tenant and Project.
  2. Read inline validation diagnostics and persisted resource status.
  3. For a run, inspect actual attempts and safe trace metadata.
  4. For connector failures, distinguish unavailable credentials, blocked egress, upstream authentication and operation errors.
  5. Share only redacted diagnostics; never share passwords, tokens, session cookies or confidential document contents.
